Help with PaintHex
PaintHex brings commercial paint matching, Rosco mixing, quantity planning, inventory, and paint sheets into one project. If something does not look right, the details below will help me investigate it.

Email brandon@brandonptdavis.com. Include the device, operating-system version, part of PaintHex you were using, and what you expected to happen. Screenshots are welcome, but please remove project information you do not want to share.
Color matching
Digital color values, screens, cameras, lighting, paint bases, sheen, and physical surfaces can all change how a color appears. PaintHex matches are planning references. Always verify the selected manufacturer color or Rosco recipe with a physical, fully dried sample under the intended light.
Photo sampling
On iPhone and iPad, PaintHex can sample a color from a photograph or the photo library. On Mac, Pick Anywhere uses Apple's system color sampler. Photo processing happens on the device; PaintHex does not retain the source image.
Projects and iCloud
PaintHex uses your private iCloud account to keep supported project data available across your devices. Confirm that iCloud is enabled for PaintHex and that each device uses the same Apple Account. Sync timing may depend on the device's connection and iCloud availability.
Paint libraries and independence
PaintHex is an independent planning tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the paint manufacturers represented in its bundled reference libraries. Manufacturer products and specifications can change; confirm final orders with the supplier.
