When reporting a problem, include the device model, operating-system version, what you were trying to do, and a screenshot if useful. Do not send private research images unless necessary.

Importing images

You can add images from the system photo picker, Files, Finder, supported browsers, or the open panel. Some websites limit the information included in a drag or share. If source information is missing, add it manually.

iCloud

When iCloud sync is available and enabled, RefRo uses the Apple ID signed in on your devices. RefRo’s developer does not operate a separate account system or research-library server.

Presentations and export

RefRo can prepare mood boards, reference cards, image pages, PDFs, and presentation-ready exports. Available formats may vary by platform.
